Wreath Day - Fundraiser For Church

A series of garden talks and workshops is being held over the next few months in the pleasant room above the coffee shop at Kirkharle Courtyard, in aid of St. Wilfrid’s Church Masonry and Heating appeal.  The church is a Grade 1-listed building located a few hundred yards from the Courtyard, and badly in need of repair.

The most recent workshop was held on December 7th, when Harriet Warde-Aldam demonstrated to a large class the art of creating a stunning mantelpiece display and a number of other Christmas decorations, and finished by showing them how to make their own beautiful Christmas wreaths.

In order to raise more desperately-needed funds for the church, three talks on a garden theme will be held over the next three months; for further information contact Kitty Anderson at kitty@kirkharlecourtyard.net.
